The Pink Cow is taking the summer of 2012 off. She'll be staying in the green pastures of northeast Iowa this summer. Allie was 12 years old when we started the Pink Cow. Believe it or not, she still does not have her drivers license. Allie turns 16 in August (a little late for this ice cream season). Next summer she hopes to drive the Pink Cow home to Lakeville herself and hit your neighborhoods regularly!
